WEDDINGS

How far in advance should we book our wedding?

Most couples book 9–18 months in advance, especially for high-season dates.
We also accept last-minute requests depending on availability.

What is the best month to get married on Ibiza?

Every month on Ibiza can be beautiful — the key is choosing the right location and timing for the season.
Peak season (June–September) offers warm weather, long days and vibrant energy.
Spring and autumn (April–May, October) are ideal for softer light, fewer crowds and a more intimate atmosphere.
We guide you in selecting the perfect month based on your aesthetic, guest experience and venue preferences.

Can you help with wedding outfits, fittings and styling?

Yes — Alera offers styling support for both the bride and groom.
We collaborate with selected designers and tailors on the island and can assist with custom fittings, alterations and personalised styling guidance.
We also offer a curated selection of dresses available for rental — ideal for welcome events, pre-wedding shoots, sunset ceremonies or next-day celebrations.

Do you plan weddings of all sizes?

Yes — from intimate elopements to large-scale luxury weddings.

Can you help us choose the perfect venue?

Absolutely. Alera provides a curated shortlist of locations based on your vision, size, logistics and desired atmosphere.

Do you plan multi-day wedding weekends?

Yes — we design complete multi-day experiences:
Welcome Dinners, Group Gatherings, Wedding Day, Beach Days, Yacht Days, Brunches and After-Parties.
There is no limit to how many days you want to celebrate — we create the flow exactly according to your vision.

Do you work with international couples?

Yes. A large percentage of our clients live abroad. All communication can be done online.

Do you create a custom design for each wedding?

Absolutely. Every couple receives a completely personalised design concept based on their style, cultural background, colour preferences, atmosphere and story.
No templates, no repetition — every event is uniquely created.

How many Alera team members will be on-site on the wedding day?

This depends on the size and complexity of your celebration.
A 50-guest wedding typically requires around  20 team members during the event — including service, coordination, chefs, technical crew and entertainment.
For larger productions, we add construction and setup specialists.
A simple setup may need 10 builders, while more complex productions (platforms, staging, floral structures) can require 25.

Do you plan corporate or brand events?

Yes. We design corporate gatherings, incentive trips, brand activations, private dinners and luxury experiences.

Can you organise entertainment and production?

Yes — DJs, musicians, performers, lighting, staging, décor and more.

How far in advance should we book you for a proposal?

Proposals on Ibiza can be organised very flexibly.
Many clients book a few weeks to a few months in advance, but we can also create beautiful, fully styled setups at very short notice.
If availability allows, Alera can even produce a complete luxury proposal on the same day — discreetly, quickly and flawlessly.

PRE-WEDDING CELEBRATIONS

Do you organise bachelor & bachelorette parties?

Yes — including clubbing, yachts, villas, luxury picnics, wellness mornings or full weekend experiences.

Can you arrange VIP tables & nightlife?

Yes. We secure top tables, VIP access and premium bottle service.

Do you offer mixed (co-ed) celebrations?

Absolutely.

We are available 24/7 via WhatsApp for our couples.
You can reach us anytime for updates, questions or support.
We also schedule personal meetings or venue walk-throughs whenever desired — your planning experience should feel effortless and fully supported.

Are you personally present at every wedding?

Yes — Sophie is personally present at every wedding from morning until the very last moment.
If you wish, we also organise additional pre-wedding meetings in person to walk through the design, logistics and emotional flow of the day.

Can we bring our own vendors if we already have favourites?

Yes — Alera works flexibly with both our trusted network and external vendors.
If you have a photographer, chef, entertainment or stylist you love, we are happy to integrate them.
The most important thing is that the experience feels authentically yours.

LOGISTICS

Can you assist with guest transportation?

Yes — shuttles, private transfers, limousines, VIP logistics and yacht tenders.

Do you help with accommodation?

We provide guidance and recommendations.

Do you plan events for guests before or after the wedding?

Yes — welcome events, brunches, activities and more.

Do you coordinate logistics and transportation for guests?

Yes — Alera manages every detail of guest logistics, from airport pickups and hotel arrivals to shuttles, goodie bags, transportation schedules and movement between locations.
We ensure that every guest feels cared for, guided and relaxed throughout the celebration, with no organisational pressure on the couple.

BUDGET & PRICING

How much does a wedding on Ibiza cost?

Budgets on Ibiza vary widely and depend on your guest count, venue type, production level and the month of the season.
High season (June–September) is naturally more premium due to venue demand, staffing and logistics, while spring and autumn often offer more flexibility.
After our Discovery Call, you receive a personalised budget framework tailored to your vision and priorities.

Do you offer full-service planning only?

Full-service planning is our core offering, but we also provide partial planning, styling-only services, and luxury rental items for couples who already have parts of their wedding organised.
We tailor our support to match your needs — from complete production to curated design or selected service add-ons.

Do you take commissions from vendors?

No. We work transparently and independently.

LEGALITIES

Can we legally marry on Ibiza?

Legal weddings in Spain require specific residency conditions.
Most international couples choose a symbolic ceremony on Ibiza and handle the legal paperwork in their home country.

Can you recommend officiants?

Yes — including spiritual, symbolic and culturally specific celebrants.

CULTURAL WEDDINGS

Do you plan cultural or religious weddings?

Yes — with sensitivity and experience.

Do you support kosher, vegetarian or cultural food requirements?

Absolutely — we work with chefs familiar with these needs.

Who is behind Alera?

Alera was founded and creatively led by Sophie Braun, a German-born planner known for her visionary aesthetic, calm leadership and detail-driven approach.
Behind her stands an exceptional network of over 200 trusted professionals — from production teams and builders to chefs, servers, managers, decorators and technical specialists.
This extended team has collaborated for years and executes every event with precision, consistency and absolute reliability.

How many languages does your team speak?

Sophie speaks German, English and Spanish, and Alera’s management network covers an impressive range of languages — allowing us to support clients and guests from all over the world.
From French to Hebrew, Italian, Portuguese and more — we always have someone from the team who can communicate in your preferred language.

How many events do you take per season?

We accept only 5 weddings per season.
This ensures that every couple receives full creative attention, personal involvement from Sophie and a deeply tailored, high-touch planning experience.
Quality, not quantity — that is the Alera standard.

Are you available internationally or only Ibiza-based?

While Ibiza is home, Alera also produces weddings and events across the Balearic Islands — including Mallorca and Barcelona — as well as in selected destinations along the French Riviera, such as Cannes, Monaco and Saint-Tropez.

My goal is always the same: that guests leave saying “We have never seen anything this beautiful.”
And so far, every event I’ve created has achieved exactly that.
